Project Management & Building Construction is an operating business unit of Global Vision, acting in three major areas of expertise: building construction, civil engineering, and industrial construction. The client portfolio includes G4S, Euromaster, Omnilogic, PGV Tower, and Romanian Cricket Council.
Construction is one of Global Vision’s core competencies. The Project Management & Building Construction department provides construction management in the field of building construction, civil engineering and industrial construction.
The company’s construction operations comprise all type of build environment, from tall residential buildings and large-sized office projectsto innovative company headquarters and efficiently designed and executed industrial facilities.
Building Construction
Far from being a single activity, large scale building constructions, such as those in which Global Vision is specialized, represent an elaborate, multitasking activity. It involves numerous specialists, from design engineers to project architects, construction engineers, project managers and workers. Given its complexity, it requires a high level of building construction experience, engineering acumen, outstanding architectural knowledge, as well as planning, financial control and project management proficiency.
