The company’s preoccupation towards the professional development of its employees and supply-chain members, both technically and from a management point of view, has lead Global Vision to partner with an established business educator and training provider, Corporate University. Together, the two institutions initiated a project that is unique on the Romanian market: Romanian Institute of Property Management.
Our flagship educational project, RIPM represents a training and development corporate unit aiming to establish rigorous industry professional standards, to train and grow a new generation of property management specialists, able to deliver the entire range of tasks composing one of the most important branches of real estate services.
The Romanian Institute of Property Management has assumed the challenging task of modelling and developing the professional standards and competences in a management service area still nascent in Romania.
Specifically, RIPM offers four professional qualifications, designed for practising property management specialists and managers aspiring to higher positions. The focus of our programmes is rooted in property management practice, from junior levels to senior and executive levels.
Our qualifications are integrated programmes, each comprising six courses (three compulsory courses and three electives) and balance your learning time between 60% case studies, exercises and applications with 40% theory and academic study.
