Global Vision has signed a 5-year contract with BOC Development and has become property manager of BOC Tower, the largest office building in Romania.

Today, Global Vision has won the contract of property management for one of the most impressive office buildings in Romania. BOC Tower is located in the newly emerging business and commercial district of Bucharest, where most of the large Romanian and multinational companies established their headquarters.

BOC Tower is the largest multi-tenant office building in Romania, and comprises 3 underground parking levels and 8 floors, totalizing GLA 60,000 sqm in a land development of 12,000 sqm. BOC Tower was finalized in 18 months and required a EUR 110,000,000 investment.

BOC Tower hosts companies, active in real estate, brand consultancy, market research, IT, medical care, security, and oil & gas industry.

Global Vision had also a significant contribution to BOC Tower execution, since it delivered and deployed all installations & building technology systems.
