Global Vision is appointed Property Manager for Olympus Tower, the office building hosting BancPost headquarters, and will assume all property and facility management tasks for the next five years.

Today, Global Vision has signed with BOB Development a 5-year contract that covers the entire range of property management activities, including facility management, technical maintenance, and IT & admin services for Olympus Tower.

Olympus Tower is the HQ of Bancpost, member of Eurobank EFG. The seven stories AA-class office building has GLA 25,000 sqm, includes 9,000 sqm of developed land (landscape and parking), and required a EUR 25,000,000 investment.

Olympus Tower benefits from an outstanding location in one of the most coveted Bucharest districts: the northern part of the city, between the most beautiful lakes of the area. More conveniently, this area is home to the most elegant residential villages as well as the busiest corporate HQs in the city.

Bancpost, the beneficiary of Global Vision’s property management services, is a member of Eurobank EFG, a European banking and financial services institution with total assets of EUR 84.3 billion (December 2009). The group currently employs over 23,000 people and benefits of a European-wide branch network of over 1,600 units.
