global vision is the new Property Manager of Omnilogic corporate campus

Global Vision is appointed Property Manager to Omnilogic Corporate Campus, a mixed-use complex for which it was previously hired to deliver Property Development, Construction Project Management, and Building Construction & Civil Engineering services.

Today, Global Vision has signed a 5-year contract with Omnilogic, based on which our company will discharge the entire range of property management services to Omnilogic Corporate Campus. The property management activities will include technical maintenance, IT&C management of all installed equipments, as well as facility management services.

Omnilogic Corporate Campus is the direct outcome of the successful partnership established in 2007 between Omnilogic and Global Vision, which was involved in complex’ development, from the early stages of land development to the final ones in which there were installed Intelligent Business Technology Systems.

The Omnilogic Corporate Campus totalizes GLA 25,000 sqm and includes two office buildings of 12,000 sqm; a warehouse of 3,000 sqm; a datacenter building of 2,000 sqm, accredited by BSI (British Standard Institute) with ISO 27000; an 8,000 sqm parking lot. The project required a EUR 25,000,000 investment and 16 months of outstanding work.

Established in November 1992 as a private company, with a subscribed capital of more than $500,000, Omnilogic was targeting from the very beginning the dominant position in the local IT&C market.
