Global Vision has won the property management contract for Upground Residential, a new and daring concept of urbane living developed by Upground Estates.

Today, Global Vision has signed a 5-year contract with Upground Estates, based on which our company will deliver the entire range of property management services to Upground Residence, the newest and the most exclusive complex built in Bucharest northern district.

Upground Residence is built on 16,000 square meters, contains two residential entities, which have each 4 main entrances, and comprises 570 apartments on 16 levels, 1,000 parking lots on three underground levels, as well as commercial, health, lifestyle amenities and concierge facilities.
