CITY MALL & SOUTH CENTER PARKING

Our company signed a contract as project designer & sole supplier of Building Technology Systems (IT&C networks, security systems, access control, fire security, power and power back-up systems) for City Mall.
Global Vision also signed on as project designer and supplier of ITBS for South Center Parking, including access control, CCTV, fixed cameras & speed domes, indoor & outdoor sound system, data cabling, intrusion detection system, parking solution and finished one year later.
South Center Parking is the second largest parking building in Romania and was initially raised in order to serve City Mall’s clients, having a tunnel connection with the second floor of the gallery.

Global Vision was appointed Property Manager for City Mall and South Center Parking and became responsible for all facility management, IT & Administration operations.
