Global Vision Construction Project Management is an operating division of Global Vision SRL, acting in five major categories: project planning, resource management, financial management, procurement & supply-chain and construction management.

Although we have been covering the project management activities for five years, the Construction Project Management Division was only recently set up, as a response to the ever increasing demand of real estate developers for unbiased and objective construction management. For many years, this activity was part of general contractor’s services but lately, major developers have understood the ethical conflict herein.

A professional construction manager is expected to provide management oversight for all phases of the construction process, at both macro and micro-management level. Basically everything on a construction site is the project manager’s job. From project planning to selecting and coordinating the subcontractors, from financial management to ensuring contract specifications are being followed, from resource management to coordinating equipment delivery.
