Eliade Tower is an office building project located in Primaverii, Bucharest’s most elegant neighborhood, which however needed a significant refurbishing in order to keep pace with competing office buildings in Bucharest.

The investor decided to restore and modernize it, a process which covered a full range of building construction and civil engineering actions. Global Vision was chosen to complete the project, due to a successful history of high-quality finalized projects, as well as for its well-known expertise, timely execution and solid construction.

The €14,000,000 deal was closed with Global Vision for the project design & construction, installations, intelligent building technology systems, interior architecture, as well as on-site civil engineering (parking lots & landscape architecture). The construction incorporated the newest technology and materials available, designed specifically to provide comfort and utility to its tenants.

Eliade Tower’s restoration was finalized in 12 months (2006) and today the building provides a fresh new look to the Floreasca  office area. Located in the 1st district, in the northern side of Bucharest, the 10,000 sqm tower is currently leased to international corporations.
