Euromaster is the leading integrated tire service (car, heavy trucks, agricultural and civil engineering) and car maintenance network in Europe.

Euromaster has 1,835 service centers in 15 European countries, 11,500 employees, 37,000 tires fitted daily and a 2008 turnover of €1.85 billion.

Euromaster is part of the Michelin Group, which is active on all continents. Michelin manufactures and sells tires for all kinds of vehicles, publishes maps and guides and operates a number of digital services in more than 170 countries.

Michelin entered the Romanian market in 2001 and expanded rapidly to three factories and a large commercial network. Michelin Romania intended to open a new regional center through Euromaster, which had to function as a headquarters and logistics center for tire services.

Since Global Vision had a reputation as an experienced constructor of mixed usage buildings, it was chosen to execute and deliver the entire project.

First, Global Vision fulfilled all property development tasks, starting with market research, site selection (Ghiroda, Timis county) and feasibility studies, continuing with land acquisition, infrastructure development and entitlements, and finally the building’s project design. Next Global Vision took over construction project management, as well as being responsible for structure execution and on-site civil engineering (roads, alleys, parking lots).

The contract also covered property management services, which included the creation of technical policies & procedures; the maintenance of HVAC, elevators, power systems, and life/safety systems’ (smoke/fire detection, signage & evacuation), business continuity plans & emergency scenarios, as well as technical reporting.

After 5 months of work and a €1,000,000 investment, Global Vision delivered a turnkey industrial project, built on 5,000 sqm and comprising of an office building, a warehouse, and a vehicle service area.
