Medicover decided that it needed to build a solid presence at the heart of Bucharest’s new business and commercial center; it therefore opened a medical facility within BOB Tower, the second largest office building in Romania. A medical facility has special requirements in terms of functionality and space partition, and only an experienced constructor can keep to the standards. Global Vision was therefore chosen to perform the interior design and fit out work.

Two months later, Global Vision delivered the medical center with all partitions, installations and intelligent building technology systems in place and functioning. Subsequently, Global Vision was designated property manager, performing services such as cleaning, technical management and security & access control management.
