OMV

OMV is one of the largest listed industrial companies in Austria and the leading energy group in the European growth belt. It has exploration and production activities in 17 countries, spread over four continents. In 2009, OMV had 34,676 employees and consolidated sales of €17.92 billion and EBIT of €1.41 billion. It operates 2,433 filling stations in 12 countries.

The first Romanian OMV station was opened in 1999, while the present network comprises of 77 filling stations. OMV also holds a 51% stake in the leading Romanian oil and gas group Petrom SA.

OMV moved part of its administrative operations to BOB tower, the second largest office building in Romania. The change required professional construction and design services, which had to be completely functional in less than 3 months.

Global Vision was assigned the entire building construction & civil engineering work, including project design & building, interior architecture, installations, and Intelligent Building Technology Systems.

After 2½ months, Global Vision delivered an integrated office concept, having completed everything from design to construction, the installation of furniture, cubicles, technical and decorative lightning, structured cabling and control locations. The finished office space was 6,875 sqm and fully reflected OMV’s brand identity.

At the moment, Global Vision is handling property management, which includes overseeing the organization and operation of cleaning services, technical management and security & access control management.
