Property Development is an operating business unit of Global Vision, acting in two major categories of real estate development: land development and building development. The client portfolio includes G4S, Euromaster, Omnilogic, BOB Tower, Romanian Basket Federation, and The Romanian Cricket Council.
Global Vision has an extensive experience in all phases of various types of property development. This makes the company qualified to understand and bring successful resolution to all possible issues that emerge in the development process.
Global Vision appraises development concepts, assesses the risks involved in them, and structures control parameters ensuring strict technical and management standard compliance, while efficiently managing the entire property development process.
Global Vision can deliver specific services for the two major categories of real estate development in Romania: land development and building development.
Land Development
Land development denotes the acquisition of natural or unimproved land, often referred to as raw land, real property with no improvements or infrastructure, with the intention of developing it through utility connections, roads, earth grading, covenants, and entitlements for subsequent building developments. Once these improvements have been made to the raw land, it is then subdivided and sold piecemeal at a profit to building developers or individuals.
Building Development
Global Vision acquires or facilitates the acquisition of raw land, improved land, or other types of properties in order to initiate building development projects. Once built, they are sold entirely or partially to other parties, or retained as assets to produce cash flow via rent and others means.
