Global Vision’s code of conduct requires all project managers and engineers to be trained and have a minimum of 5 years experience of real estate development and network infrastructure. They must also have the relevant manufacturer product knowledge and training. Health & safety procedures are strictly followed to endorse industry recognized standards.

Senior project managers and engineers are also required to keep abreast of new technologies and industry developments, ensuring that clients are able to benefit from the most cost-effective and future-proof solutions.

Global Vision constantly organizes on-site technical training sessions and off-site management training workshops to ensure not only the continual professional knowledge, but also the management dedication towards the company’s goals and objectives.

The company’s preoccupation towards the professional development of its employees and supply-chain staff, both technically and from a management point of view, has lead Global Vision to partner with an established business educator and training provider, Corporate University. Together, the two institutions initiated a project that is unique on the Romanian market:Romanian Institute of Property Management.
